Paso Robles Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving and related services including but not limited to asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, pothole repair, parking lot striping, driveway paving, grading and excavation, and drainage solutions. Services are performed in Paso Robles, CA and surrounding service areas. All services are subject to a written estimate, scope of work, and scheduling agreement between Paso Robles Asphalt Paving and the customer.
Our website is provided for informational purposes only. Descriptions of services on the site are general in nature. Specific work scope, materials, and pricing are determined on a per-project basis following an on-site assessment.
All estimates provided by Paso Robles Asphalt Paving are based on conditions observed during the initial site visit and information provided by the customer at the time of quote. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was represented at the time of estimate - for example, if hidden base damage is discovered once the existing surface is removed, or if the project scope changes at the customer's request. Any changes to the agreed scope or price require written authorization from the customer before additional work proceeds.
We do not guarantee that prices on our website reflect current market rates. Material and fuel costs fluctuate. Always request a current, written estimate before committing to any project.
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing or verbally between the customer and Paso Robles Asphalt Paving. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or other factors outside our control, including equipment issues or material availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule should notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations that occur after materials have been ordered or mobilization has begun may be subject to a fee to recover direct costs already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your written estimate or contract.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or contract for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon project completion. For larger commercial or multi-phase projects, a deposit or progress payment schedule may be required as specified in the contract.
Accepted payment methods are specified on your invoice. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees or collection action as permitted by applicable law. Customers are responsible for any collection costs incurred.
Before work begins, customers are responsible for removing vehicles, personal property, and any obstacles from the work area. Customers must provide accurate information about the property, including any known underground utilities, drainage systems, or property line locations. Paso Robles Asphalt Paving is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or underground infrastructure that was not disclosed prior to excavation or grading work.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining any homeowners association approvals or property owner permissions required before work begins, where applicable.
For projects requiring permits from the City of Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, or other public agencies, Paso Robles Asphalt Paving will advise the customer of permit requirements based on the agreed scope of work. Unless otherwise specified in the written contract, permit costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized in the estimate. Work requiring permits will not begin until all required approvals are obtained.
Paso Robles Asphalt Paving warrants that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials appropriate for the agreed scope of work. Any warranty specific to a project will be stated in the written contract for that project.
Except as expressly stated in a written project contract, all services and information provided through this website are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that asphalt surfaces will be free from cracking, settling, or deterioration caused by soil movement, subsurface conditions, extreme weather, vehicle loads exceeding the design capacity of the surface, or failure to perform recommended maintenance such as sealcoating.
Information provided on our website about service lifespans, maintenance intervals, or typical outcomes is general in nature. Actual results depend on site conditions, proper maintenance, and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paso Robles Asphalt Paving and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or from services performed, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any customer for claims arising from a specific project will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
